WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
EMDR is primarily used for trauma and PTSD work but can be effective for anxiety, depression, mood changes, etc.
The first sessions will involve discussing what the client wants to work on and improve to manage their stress.
It can include side-to-side eye movements, sounds, or taps that may aid your body’s natural healing process. A typical EMDR can last up to 90 minutes.
